This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Flamesoft Systems Inc. collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (referred to as "Users") of the Flamesoft TMS for ATS Shopify app (referred to as the "App").
Information We Collect
Flamesoft Systems Inc. may collect certain information from Users to provide and improve the services offered by the App. We collect the following information:
- Order Information: When a User utilizes the App to create shipments, we collect relevant order details, such as destination name and addresses.
Use of Information
The Shopify Order Information we collect is used solely for the purpose of providing the services offered by the App, which include:
- Preparing Shipment Label: We use the collected order Information to show rates and generate a shipment label.
- Shipment Management: We only request the order information from Shopify at the time the user enters the shopify order number.
- Tracking Management: We only write back the ATS Tracking number if the user selects that option after installing the App.
Data Retention
We retain the Order Information collected from Users for 60 days and only to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Once the information is no longer required, it is securely deleted from our systems.
Third-Party Services
We do not share the Shipment Information with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the services offered by the App. However, please note that our App operates within the Shopify platform, and Shopify may collect, use, and disclose data according to its own privacy policies. We encourage Users to review Shopify's privacy policy for more information.
We also operate within ATS Heathcare platform and ATS Healthcare may collect, use, and disclose data according to its own privacy policies. We encourage Users to review ATS Healthcare's privacy policy for more information.
Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect the Order Information collected from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no data transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
Your Acceptance of these Terms
By using the App, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.
